The most successful people had in common 2 things:
1. They set reachable goals
2. The act to achieve their goals.
Don’t get scared you don’t have to do it all in one day. The most recommended strategy is called baby steps. That means you don’t have to do something great in a short time; it is better to do small thing every day.
You see if you try to loose 30 in one week you won’t be able to do it and you will get frustrated.
Instead try loosing 1kg per week.
